In this episode detective Ruth is chasing the scoundrel Snake Henely. When a gang of thieves is being caught, Henely manages to escape by hiding in a water tank. The vigorous detective Ruth succeeds in finding him, and she is not only too clever for the scoundrel, but also for her male colleagues.
